Technicallythefilmissuperb,containinggreatcinematographyinthebeginningwhenwelearnaboutthemaincharacter'straumatowardstrains.Fromthispointon,Lenzishowsushisabilitytobenefitthewidescreenand,forexample,thebicyclerideneartheforestisgenuinelybeautiful!ThisscenealsoshowsLenzi'sabilitytobuildsuspense,veryslowlybutmeaningfully.Afterall,therearen'tsomanymurdersinthewholefilm,onlythesuspensecirculatingaroundthemurderer'sidentity.
